The products offered are handcrafted items made by Tunisian artisans.

Due to the handcrafted nature of the creations, slight variations may exist and should not be considered defects.
- PRICE
Prices are indicated in Tunisian dinars (TND), euros (€) or US dollars ($), depending on the country of delivery.
Prices are exclusive of delivery charges and any applicable customs duties, import taxes or local VAT.
El Masna Bazaar reserves the right to change its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the application of the price in effect at the time of the order.
- ORDER
The customer places the order directly on the website www.elmasnabazaar.com.
The order is considered final after payment confirmation.
- PAYMENT
Payments made on the site are fully secure thanks to the use of payment platforms and terminals that comply with international standards.

- RETURNS AND CLAIMS
In the event of receiving a damaged or non-compliant product, the customer must contact El Masna Bazaar within 48 hours of receipt.
Custom or made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a proven defect.
- RESPONSIBILITY
El Masna Bazaar cannot be held responsible:
– delays or interruptions in delivery attributable to postal services,
– cases of force majeure,
– consequences related to misuse of the product.
